THE BEGINNING
A foundation built to last.
With extensive hands-on experience gained before moving to Sydney with his young family in 2002, Rafi brought with him a deep knowledge of the construction industry and a comprehensive understanding of the trades that shape the building process. His experience spans maintenance, carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, electrical services and more, across a diverse range of projects and disciplines. This breadth of expertise established the foundations of the business and shaped Rafi’s approach to his work, considered, practical and grounded in a thorough understanding of how every element of a project comes together. His deep knowledge of each discipline informs the way he approaches design, construction and detailing, bringing a level of insight and appreciation for craftsmanship that continues to define HSN’s approach today.
GROWTH
Building a reputation.
As his experience grew, so too did Rafi’s ambition to rethink the traditional construction model. Progressing from sole tradesman to established builder, he began developing projects independently. This progression ultimately led to the establishment of HSN as a boutique property development and construction company, bringing the two disciplines together under a single vision.

Today, HSN remains a family-run business built upon the same foundations established in its early years. Its fully integrated model is supported by a hands-on approach and close involvement at every stage of the process.
